Simon Yates rides to Rome in the maglia rosa, 3:56 clear of Isaac del Toro and 4:43 clear of Richard Carapaz, seven years after the Finestre took a Giro away from him. The last day is 145 kilometres and eight laps of the Eternal City, ceremonial until the sprinters take it over on the Via dei Fori Imperiali.
