The crash on the road to Nova Gorica rearranged everything behind Isaac del Toro: Simon Yates is second now at 1:20, Juan Ayuso has slipped to 1:26 and Antonio Tiberi has fallen to eighth. Today is the longest stage of the race, 220 kilometres and 3,800 metres of climbing to Asiago — the last day before the mountains that decide this Giro.
