Mads Pedersen wears the first maglia rosa, four seconds up on Wout van Aert. Mikel Landa is already out of the race, down hard in yesterday's finale. This afternoon is a short, technical time trial through Tirana — 13.8 kilometres that will not decide a Giro, but will tell Primož Roglič, Juan Ayuso and the rest exactly where they stand.
