Primož Roglič rode into the maglia rosa in Tirana and leads Mads Pedersen by a single second, Mathias Vacek by five. The last Albanian stage packs nearly three thousand metres of climbing into 159 kilometres and then runs flat along the coast to Vlorë — which gives Lidl-Trek every reason to make it a sprint.
