At the start

Paris, and a champion twice over

Jonas Vingegaard rides into Paris to win a second Tour, 7:29 ahead of Tadej Pogačar with Adam Yates third — a podium settled on the Col de la Loze. All that is left is 114 kilometres from Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and seven laps of the Champs-Élysées. Jasper Philipsen has four stages and the green jersey; Cavendish, Ewan, Jakobsen and Van Aert have all gone home.

How it was won

  1. 30 km to go

    Pogačar can't resist

Never one to soft-pedal, Pogačar attacks again and again in the final 40km, but the sprinters shut every move down; as the rain falls the judges freeze the GC with a lap to go.

  2. At the line

    Champs-Élysées

In a chaotic sprint Jordi Meeus surfs the wheels and surprises Philipsen and Groenewegen on the line; Jonas Vingegaard is crowned champion for a second straight year.
