At the start

Healy has yellow, the Pyrenees wait

The rest day ends with an Irishman in the maillot jaune: Ben Healy, 29 seconds clear of Tadej Pogačar after Bastille Day, Remco Evenepoel at 1:29 and Jonas Vingegaard at 1:46. Today is billed as the sprinters' last flat chance before the Pyrenees, but six small hills clutter the run into Toulouse and the Côte de Pech David sits six kilometres from the line.

   Abrahamsen back on the attack

   Jonas Abrahamsen makes the day's break and drives it toward Toulouse, hunting another combative ride.

2. 25 km to go

   Pogačar hits the deck

   With 5km to go Pogačar touches wheels and crashes, the yellow-jersey favourite picking himself up bloodied but able to rejoin and finish safely.

3. 32 km to go

   Two up for the win

   Out front Abrahamsen and Mauro Schmid go clear together for a two-up sprint.

   Abrahamsen edges Schmid

   Abrahamsen just edges Schmid on the line in Toulouse.
