Remco Evenepoel keeps red by five seconds from Enric Mas, with Jonas Vingegaard fourth at 31 and Primož Roglič eighth at 37 — the Jumbo-Visma pair still watching each other as closely as anyone else. Three riders do not start this morning. Today is 186 kilometres out of Morella with a single categorised climb, the Collado de la Ibola, and then a long fall into Burriana for the fast men.

   Red jersey Evenepoel leaps clear at the intermediate bonus sprint with 11km to go, snatching six seconds over Groves to pad his overall lead.
