Toulouse, and 800 metres of Pech David
The second individual time trial opens the third week on the roads around Toulouse, flat almost all the way but for one sharp interruption: the Côte de Pech David, 800 metres at 12.4%, a short wall that gains a hundred metres. Its top comes nine kilometres from the finish, and from there it is a descent and a flat run back to the line.
