Træen's lead down to 37 seconds

Valdezcaray cut Torstein Træen's advantage to 37 seconds over Jonas Vingegaard, with João Almeida at 1:15 and Tom Pidcock now fourth. The second week opens with a winding, climbing stage through Navarre toward the French border — 175 kilometres, 2,900 metres of climbing, and a red jersey that is running out of road.
