After Bilbao, a day in Cantabria

There was no stage winner yesterday: protesters blocked the road into Bilbao and the organisers stopped the clock three kilometres out. Jonas Vingegaard keeps red, 50 seconds up on João Almeida and 56 on Tom Pidcock, who took time in the Basque hills. Today is short and punchy — 145 kilometres of Cantabrian backroads to Los Corrales de Buelna.
